If you are unhappy with how Good Latch handles your personal data, we want to hear from you. We take all complaints seriously and respond within the timelines set by the Data Use and Access Act 2025 (DUAA) §164A.

What happens next
This page's electronic form auto-acknowledges your complaint immediately on submission with a reference number — that acknowledgement IS our DUAA §164A-mandated formal acknowledgement. We will then investigate without undue delay. We aim to provide a substantive response within 3 months as good practice, but may need longer for complex matters — we will keep you informed of progress.
